Perfectionist (2020) is a two-page comic I created as part of an anthology centered around obsession. In it, I depict my tendency to hyperfocus during projects, refining details until they match the idea I envision. I took inspiration from Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics and Charles Burns' Black Hole series for parts of the layout and the limited color palette, respectively. I used these elements to contribute to and give the comic a more intense and lonely atmosphere.
